Update

I haven’t posted lately, because, sadly nothing has happened. These last few weeks I have been working, sick, visiting family, or on vacation. The project is by no means on hold, but I just havent had time. Im really hoping to finish assembly in the next week or so. Although the transmission is in, there are all kinds of odds and ends that still need to be put back in. Its a damn good thing I put all the pieces is freezer bags and labeled them, otherwise I would have no idea where some of these bolts go.

Also, I hate to admit it, but very soon, money is going to be the real killer in being able to work on the car. There is really no way to get a free roll cage, racing seat, fire suit, and associated equipment, so I am going to have to get creative in selling off some of my other hobby stuff on ebay. I just try to remind myself that once the car is fully built, it is going to be worth every penny. I have always wanted a caged subaru, and I am slowly achieving that goal. So keep your fingers crossed, pray, sacrifice a goat, whatever it is you do, to throw some support my way.
